Who we are
Z-One provides the Hub, a marketing and sales platform, and designs and builds websites. Full company details will be added here once the business is registered. Contact: sales@z-one.dev.
What we provide
The Hub is a monthly subscription for your business's workspace. Websites are built for the price and scope in your offer. What is included, the price and the timeline are set in your offer or invoice.
Your account
Access is by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and the roles you give them.
Your content and data
Your business data, your customers' details and everything you create in the Hub stay yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. You are responsible for having the right to collect your customers' data and for what you publish.
AI features
The assistant drafts replies, post ideas and images. Drafts can contain mistakes: check them before you send or publish. Nothing is sent to your customers and no post is published without your approval.
Other services
Publishing to Facebook and Instagram, AI features and email depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for their outages or for changes to their rules, and a feature may change if they do.
Fair use
Don't use the Hub for spam, illegal content, to mislead people or to break the rules of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Payment
Prices are in euro. The Hub is billed monthly as agreed in your offer; websites as agreed in your quote. Unpaid invoices may lead to the workspace being suspended after a reminder.
Ending
You can cancel the Hub at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period. On request we export your data. After the end we delete your workspace; invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Liability
We work carefully but can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes by email or in the Hub before they apply.
